The Cleanfire® burner is the workhorse of the industry with well over 1000 burners installed for full conversions and oxy boost applications. Burners range from 1MMBtu/hr up to 20MM Btu/hr and can be fired with gas, oil or propane. The non-water cooled tube in tube design has proved to be very rugged and virtually maintenance free. The Cleanfire® HR burner is the most efficient flat flame burner available. It uses a low momentum, high aspect ratio flame design to maximize the radiation delivered to the

glass. Fuel usage can be 10% lower with this burner than other Oxy-fuel burners including flat flame models. The proprietary staging technique allows exact flame shaping and minimizes emissions. The "HR" is available in gas and oil versions as well as an air / oxy / fuel design for minimizing oxygen usage and/or providing differentiated flame characteristics. The burners are available in sizes of 1MMBtu/hr to 20 MMBtu/hr.
