Rapid Cooling of Hot Liquids
For extremely rapid and economical cooling of any type of hot
liquid (sauces, soups, and gravies etc) the CRYO-COOL Chiller
combines a vacuum cooling process with the high refrigeration
power of liquid Nitrogen at -196°C. Flavours are retained
and top quality food is produced in minimal floor-space.
