The Career Development Programme is designed to give graduates experience in a variety of business functions. Over the two-years programme, graduates carry out three to four six to eight months assignments in spheres of activity, which are of interest to them.

Opportunities to cross domestic, as well as functional boundaries are available.

During and after the Career Development Programme, graduates are supported by a senior management mentor, who would also provide advice on career planning within Air Products.

On completion of the two-year Career Development Programme graduates are assigned to permanent positions.
